Lets Talk Shoes (Fitness)

I want to talk shoes today. I had someone ask "why when they wear their new everyday shoes and walk their legs and feet feel fine but when they wear there walking sneakers they hurt"? I had just one question "how old are your sneaker"? Just as I though they said they were a couple years old. One thing you have to think about is not many if any of us walk level and over time our shoes ware down on one side

Does this look familiar?

because of this when you walk your body is trying to even itself out and you strain muscle. This can lead to injury and  the uncomfortable feeling can cause people to give up When all you have to do is buy new shoes. Another Key is you need the right kind of shoes. You need an athletic shoe these are NOT athletic shoes

Walking or running it doesn't matter you legs, hips, spine and neck all need the right support. You can either go to a big store like foot locker or some other athletic store and get a $100 to $200  pair of shoes but unless you plane on running a marathon or something like that  a regular pair of sneaks will work Walmart and Kmart have a good selection for a good price. Also one other little tip is only wear these shoes when you do your walks or runs It will help them to last longer plus we walk different when we walk around a store then we do when we walk outside for exercise so you will get that warn out angle in your shoe faster. I hope this helped some of you and if you have any question feel free to ask that's what Im here for.
