Many of us say "I cant afford to eat healthy" well guess what I bet you can. Next time you go to the grocery store look in your cart before you check out and really think what can I swap for something healthy?" Take that big bag of chips and get a bag of trail mix instead. Take that big thing of ice cream and get yogurt. Take you pasta and get the veggies pasta instead. Its that simple and the price is about the same .
